Assembly
This is an electric adjustable divan, not a flat-pack bed frame — there are no side rails or slats to build. The base is delivered ready-made (150cm King and 180cm Super King are supplied as two linked single bases), along with the legs, mattress retaining bar, remote handset and power lead.
Setting up takes around 15–20 minutes: the legs screw into the underside of the base, the two halves link together on split sizes, and the retaining bar fits at the foot to stop the mattress sliding as the bed moves. The motor plugs into a standard 13A socket — test the handset before laying the mattress on top. It goes together more easily with two people.
The bed needs to sit within reach of a mains socket to operate. Headboards are supplied separately and fix to the bolts at the head of the base.
