Delivery
This item is classified as a large item and is delivered by our own team rather than a courier — a member of staff will contact you after your purchase to arrange a convenient day.
Estimated delivery: 5 weeks.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode — see our full delivery rates on the delivery information page.
Assembly
The divan base arrives largely pre-built — for larger sizes it's delivered in two halves that join together with the linking kit provided. The headboard (where included) attaches separately using fixing straps or bolts. Ottoman and storage mechanisms are pre-fitted, so no further assembly is needed beyond linking the base and fitting the headboard — usually a 10–15 minute job.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items — see our full Returns & Refund Policy for full details, including exceptions and the EU 14-day cooling off period.
